Mentoring Geniuses’ 2016

MTHR Global, is a new age, non-for-profit, Pan India HR community driven by passionate HR professionals. Besides our signature HR Conferences which we run across the country, we have initiatives for the growth of the Community. Some of these are Research Reports, Continuous Learning Programs, A thriving CxO community and Social Media Engagement for HR Professionals. All of the events are at no cost to the members.

We, now present ‘Mentoring Geniuses’, under our Continuous Learning Program (CLP) umbrella.

Once the HR professionals reach mid-management levels, they may experience roadblocks in their performance and growth. These blocks could be in form of lack of direction, low engagement levels, lack of awareness, etc. To help tide over these blocks, we have launched this program, which focuses on addressing these issues through mentoring, coaching, class-room sessions, experiential  learning and industry interactions.

The Mentoring Program

Mentors with superlative experience in HR & Business will guide & Mentor a selected few HR Professionals and support them in their knowledge growth. The idea is to help young HR Managers identify their career blocks and receive knowledge and insights for personality and career development. This will be done via a mix of Group Coaching, Individual Coaching and Mentoring over a period of 6 to 9 months followed by Project work. On completion, the individual will receive a certificate of participation.

Benefits of the program

  • Peer interaction across various organizations
  • Learning from the rich experience of the Mentors
  • Opportunity to network with the industry stalwarts through the MTHRG Community
  • Learning through live projects
  • Certification of participation in the Mentoring Geniuses program with MTHRG

Selection process

Each nomination will go through a rigorous selection process, basis documents submitted by the applicant and a personal interaction with the Mentors (in case required).  Shortlisted candidates will have to confirm their participation and also provide the consent from their organization to participate in the program.  Once selected, the mentees will be assigned mentors and will have to commit to complete the program.
