Harassment at workplace is the water-cooler topic of the moment, thanks to the recent misconduct at a leading IT organization.  While the real truth of this case may never be known, there is no denying that a large number of women (and some men) face harassment in their workplaces, but few report it.

 It does not have to be physical. Did you know that everything from comments, to demands to work late can be construed as harassment?
