Initiatives to build and strengthen the HR community in general.

 

Social initiative in the domain of education. Strengthening the bridge between Academia  and Industry through Knowledge, Research, Mentoring, not placements. Round Table Conferences to build the Architecture and process have already begun.

 

Initiatives to work at the Bottom of the Pyramid. To take HR and Management knowledge to organizations at the rural/ semi urban level and NGOs who work with them, also learn fm them and infuse that knowledge into Modern corporates.
