RG is an MBA in HR alongwith certification in Software Engg and CIISA etc. He has over 15 years of experience spanning across HR, Personnel & Administration domains in Pharma, Service & the ITES industry. He has hands of experience in various areas of Compensation & Benefits, Labour Law Compliances, Employee Engagement, People Development, Performance Appraisals etc. also been functional consultant for HRMS and PCMM implementation team. RG is currently with Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd., one of the Top BPO's in India, as AGM - HR, heading C&B and Labour Law compliance across all sites. Prior to Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd, he has worked with Agrani Satellite Communication Enterprise Ltd, Wockhardt, Cipla. RG loves all kinds of sports – especially cricket, Table Tennis. 

Rajesh Kamath : Regional Head - Bengaluru & Principal Consultant Learning & Development - Cerebrus Consultants

RK is a BE and an MBA in HR with over 17 years of experience of HR, Training & Management Development under his belt. He has worked with Large Conglomerates in his previous organizations. He has played the role of Head of Organizational Learning and Head of HR in his  previous organizations. RK headed the Pune Region at Cerebrus Consultants. He presently does what he loves best – energizing the HR Practitioners  in India at Cerebrus Consultants  through various initiatives. He is Heading the Bengaluru Chapter of Cerebrus and is the Principal Consultant for Learning & Development. RK is a voracious Reader and a lover of all forms of music. He has special interest in Healing & wellness and communications 

Vipul Agarwal: Director, Zend Consulting Services

VA is a Graduate with Honors in IT.  He is an IT professional turned HR man. He has over 18 years of experience in total of which the last 10 have been in HR and Recruitment. He has been responsible for heading the Recruitment function and later heading HR for IT setups. He is currently heading Zend Consulting Services which is an Executive Search and Recruitment firm in Mumbai. VA is a lover of books and music and passionate about Computing and Technology. 
 

Ashish Gakrey: People Relationship Management – Capgemini India

AG is an MBA in HR & MLL & LW from Symbiosis College. He has over 15 years of industry experience of IT, ITES, Telecom & HR Consultancy. He has experience of various facets of HR and has been responsible for leading the HR Teams in various organizations. Ashish Gakrey is currently working for Capgemini India Pvt Ltd & managing HR Operation for a Mumbai location. Before Capgemini India, he has worked with Intelenet Global, Loop Mobile (earlier know as BPL Mobile), Zycus Infotech & HR Consultancies such Grid Consultant, Grey Cell & Max Search. AG loves networking, reading & traveling

PM is a Diploma holder and gold medalist in Human Resources Management from AMA, Ahmedabad and also holds a Masters degree in Science. Preeti has over 15 years of experience in Human Resource function in financial services & IT industry. Currently she heads the Best Companies Study at Great Place to Work, Institute. Prior to this she was leading the HR function at Prabhuas Lilladher  and was responsible for all the initiatives across the group including Talent acquisition, performance management, employee rewards and recognition, training & employee development amongst others. Besides, an avid Squash Player and Swimmer, PM is also hugely interested in Reading and keeping abreast of management practices.

Keyur Jani: AM - HR - Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd.

KJ is an MBA in HR from IIPM, Mumbai and also did his M.com. A very much Gen Y as he started his professional career 2 years back. KJ is one of the examples of how MTHR Global encourages young HR students to be HR professionals in their career. He is currently working with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
