EVALUATION

 ·         Attendance in Live Digital classes – 10% [minimum 75% attendance needed to qualify for certification]

·         Class participation – 15%

·         Offline discussions with Academic Support Group members – 10%

·         Surprise Quiz: 10%

·         Term Paper [ 1 number] : 15 %

·         End term examination: 40%

CERTIFICATION:

To be awarded an autonomous certificate in POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT [PGCSHRM] by The Strategy Academy Centre for Advanced Studies [TSACAS], subject to meeting the following requirements:

• Successful completion of all academic requirements

• Minimum CGPA for passing: B-
