Mumbai based More Than HR Global (MTHR Global) an in action since 2002; non profit body is a rapidly growing Knowledge movement based in Mumbai. It is powered by a group of 6 young HR Professionals loaded with rich and diverse experience of Old and New Economy Industries and armed with a passion for people and innovative ideas for HRD and management.

It is a new-age Pan India Knowledge Community that was created to help develop outstanding HR professionals by connecting them to the knowledge and people they need - to effectively lead the people side of business. The core purpose of More Than HR Global is to “impact the HR profession” through expanding the professionals’ width and depth of knowledge.

MTHR Global provides various opportunities for HR Professionals to interact with each other online as well as face-to-face. Our famous "Off Line" meets have generated a lot of buzz and interest in the HR Fraternity. We regularly conduct events with unique themes which are attended by 300-500 professionals across industries and levels.
